Yes. Our Kubernetes platform takes backups regularly. The backup frequency varies by hosting plan. You can also back up your application manually. Backup file retention period is 7 days. If you would like to keep it for a longer time, feel free to download it to your local machine.

Do you have access limits to the application in the managed hosting service??

No. We do not set limits on the access to your application.

What kind of service does Cloud Clusters provide?

We provide fully managed hosting at affordable prices to small and medium-sized businesses. Our hosting environment is built on our self-developed cloud application management platform. It takes advantage of container and Kubernetes, which is the most popular and dominant container-orchestration system.
